Dinner
1. Satue Chicken, Broccoli, and Garlie Noodles
1. Start by bringing your water to a boil and oiling/buttering your pan
2. Once water is boiling start the chicken( season if wanted) and drop the pasta
3. Keep an eye on chicken making sure it doesn’t burn and stir pasta so it doesn’t stick
4. Once chicken and pasta are close to being done drop broccoli in the other boiling water
5. When chicken is done remove from heat and transfer to plate to be served
6. When pasta is done drain, add milk to the pan it was in, then return pasta to pan and add butter, garlic powder, parmesan, and more milk as you go.
7. Drain broccoli as well and return to the pan it was in with butter, add you choice of seasoning and toss to mix
8. Transfer broccoli to separate holder and spread cheese on top, microwave to melt cheese and add more seasonings if desired
9. Once it is all done plate and serve

2. Spaghetti and Sauce with Beef Roast and Garlic Bread
1. Start by pealing garlic cloves and pealing and chopping onion
2. Bring olive oil to a medium heat in large pan
3. Mince garlic cloves and onions
4. Add to olive oil and left cook until clear
5. While cooking open sauce cans
6. When garlic and onions are done add tomato juice, sauce, purée and paste
7. Mix well until there is no chunks of tomato paste left and smooth
8. Add salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and sugar
9. Stir together and bring to a low boil
10. While Sauce is heating salt and pepper roast
11. Sear both sides of roast on high heat in pan cover with oil
12. Put roast into sauce to finish cooking
13. Once sauce is at a low boil reduce heat to low simmer for 4 hours to finish meat, stirring occasionally
14. When your ready to eat begin to boil your pasta and and prepare the garlic bread
15. Heat oven to a broil

3. Hamburger, Fries and Fried Apples
1. For this dish start off by cutting your potato’s to your desired length and thickness
2. Rinse your potato’s and put in sugar water to remove starches
3. After potato’s are done begin to form your patties
4. Add your desired seasoning to the beef in a bowl and mix and fold until it’s all combined
5. Form your patties and put them in the fridge to set
6. After the fries have soaked in the water for a minimum of 3 hours dry and rinse them
7. When ready to eat being to cut you apples into thin slices and heat your oil for the fries
8. Add brown sugar, cinnamon and butter to apples in a pan and begin to slow cook the apples
9. Drop the fries in the oil and take your burgers to the grill
10. Turn on the grill and begin to cook the burgers
11. Watch the fries so they don’t burn by moving and flipping them in the oil
12. Cook the apples until they are soft and have been reduced in size a little
13. Let the burgers cook on one side for a while so when you flip them they stay together
14. When the fries are done shake off excess oil and season to your liking
15. Once the apples are soft remove from heat and let sit
16. When the burgers are close to being done add cheese and let it melt on top
17. When the burgers are done take off the grill and create your burger to your liking
